LD-5070D Sheet-Fed Heat Transfer Screen Printing Machine
A roll-to-roll press is the wrong tool for pre-cut transfer film. If your film arrives in sheets, or you print garment-label transfer film one sheet at a time, you need a sheet-fed screen printer that registers each sheet—not a machine that pulls a roll under tension.
LD-5070D is an automatic sheet-fed heat transfer screen printing machine for transfer film, membrane switches, packaging and signage. It prints one color as standard; multi-color work is done by overprint. It is a screen printer, not a heat press or calender, and it does not print rolls. It is also called a piece-to-piece heat transfer screen printer: sheet-to-sheet operation, one sheet fed and collected at a time.
What It Prints
The main use is sheet transfer film for garment labels. The same machine is also used for:

It handles sheet substrates from 0 to 1 mm thick. The printing table is 550 × 900 mm, with an effective print area of 500 × 700 mm.
Sheet-Fed, Not Roll-to-Roll
LD-5070D is built around sheets. Each sheet is fed, aligned, printed, and collected. There is no roll unwinding, no roll tension, and no continuous film path.
That makes it suitable for:
- Pre-cut transfer film
- Garment-label transfer film
- Short and medium sheet runs
- Membrane switch and nameplate sheets
- Print shops that buy film in sheets
It is not a roll-to-roll machine. If your transfer film comes on a roll and you need continuous production, use the LD-5070J roll-to-roll heat transfer screen printing machine instead.
Single Color Standard, Multi-Color by Overprint
The standard configuration is single-color. Additional colors are added by overprinting the same sheet in repeated passes.
The maximum speed is 900 sheets per hour in single-color work. Multi-color overprint and raised 3D effects run slower because the sheet passes through the press more than once.
There is no CCD camera on this model. Sheet registration uses mechanical guides and sensors, with repeat positioning accuracy of less than 0.05 mm. If you need CCD vision registration for roll film, that is the LD-5070J.

Speed is a maximum for single-color work. Actual output depends on sheet size, film, ink, number of passes, and drying.
