Flexo printing on narrow fabrics has different failure modes. These are the issues we configure around:

• Registration on stretchable elastic tape — tension control and stable web guiding.

• Ink adhesion on nylon, polyester and satin — surface treatment, ink selection and drying.

• Fine text and care symbols — plate thickness, anilox line screen and registration accuracy.

1. What materials can a flexo press print?

Label ribbons, nylon tape, cotton tape, polyester ribbon, satin and grosgrain ribbon, elastic tape and roll paper, depending on configuration.

2. How many colors can it print?

2+1, 3+1, 5+1, 4+2, and 6+2 color stations, depending on the model and whether you need front/back printing.

3. What is the maximum speed?

Up to 60 m/min, depending on material, artwork and drying requirements.

4. Do I need plate making equipment?

Yes. We can supply flexo plate exposure, developing and drying equipment, plus plates and anilox rollers.

5. Can you test our material and artwork?

Yes. Send your material roll and artwork; we will test registration, ink adhesion and drying, then recommend the configuration.

6. What is the warranty?

1 year as standard; selected models carry a 2-year warranty.
