This is a polyester ribbon dyeing machine for continuous high-temperature processing. It is built for polyester satin ribbon and polyester label ribbon, from feed-in to take-off, with pre-washing, dyeing, IR pre-drying, thermofixation, washing, chemical finishing, drying, and cooling in one line.

High-Temperature Fixation and Heating
Polyester ribbon requires high-temperature fixation. The line uses a thermofixation chamber after IR pre-drying, followed by washing, chemical finishing, drying, and cooling.
Heating options are electric, LPG/natural gas, or steam or electric plus steam. The final heat source is selected for your factory utilities and dyeing process.

The line includes tension control. It helps keep the ribbon flat and stable through pre-washing, dyeing, IR drying, thermofixation, washing, and finishing.

Polyester ribbon is dyed with disperse dyes at high temperature. Final shade and penetration are affected by dye selection, ribbon structure, IR pre-drying, thermofixation and chemical auxiliaries.
