- Insensitive to climatic factors, low moisture absorption, and strong heat resistance
- Low elongation and good dimensional stability
- Strong chemical resistance, generally acid-resistant but with limited alkali resistance
- Disadvantages: Wear resistance not as good as nylon when used with photographic emulsions and ink, requires pre-processing (roughening, degreasing, and grinding) before use
High-Tension Low-Stretch Polyester Mesh:
- More stable structure, high tension stability, and long-term printing precision stability
- Can withstand very high tension with low stretching, enhancing registration accuracy
- Small screen space and good screen and ink separation during printing
- Long service life, strong mechanical and chemical resistance
One-Sided Flat Mesh:
- Woven from polyester fiber, pressed flat on one side using a pad pressing stick and rubber stick
- 25% thinner screen thickness and slightly reduced opening area
- Thinner ink layer, more conducive to UV ink curing
- Suitable for UV-curable inks, also known as UV mesh
- Can save about 35% of UV ink
- Pressure plane on the ink surface, allowing smoother scraping and longer screen life
- High printing clarity, good dimensional stability, can print high-quality products
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh:
- High tension, low elongation, excellent screen stability
- High tensile strength, good ink transfer
- Fine wire diameter, large aperture, and uniform opening, high printing accuracy
- Good solvent resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and moisture resistance
- Disadvantages: Easily broken by external force, small rebound, and high price
