LX-600D 600mm Label Screen Printing Machine
Wide label rolls do not fit a narrow press. If you run 600 mm label rolls or need more label lanes per pass, a 300 mm machine forces extra passes and extra handling. LX-600D is a 600 mm single-color roll-to-roll screen printing machine for woven labels, satin labels, care labels, and textile tapes.
The 600 mm width is both the conveyor belt width and the maximum material width. It prints one color, with no overprint, and has a built-in drying oven. It prints on pre-woven label rolls; it does not weave labels.

Why 600 mm Width
A 600 mm working width lets you run wider label rolls and more label lanes per pass than a 300 mm machine. That reduces the number of passes for high-volume label work.
The actual number of lanes depends on label width, gap, and roll layout. We confirm the lane layout from your roll.
Compared with the LX-100D woven label screen printer, LX-600D is the wider model:
- LX-100D: 300 × 700 mm table, 280 × 650 mm print area
- LX-600D: 600 × 800 mm print area, 600 mm material width
Single Color, No Overprint
LX-600D uses one ink and one pass. There is no overprint and no multi-color station.
This is the right machine for solid-color brand marks, white or light ink on dark labels, and single-color care-label printing. It is not the right machine if you need multi-color logos or 3D overprint effects.
Built-In Oven and Frame Lift
The drying oven is built into the machine. Drying settings are matched to the ink and material.
The screen frame lifts 100% for cleaning and design changes, and the printing direction is a single pass without overprint.
