Steam Fixation for Nylon
Nylon ribbon is normally dyed with acid dyes at normal temperature and fixed with steam. The line uses a steam fixation chamber after IR pre-drying, followed by washing, chemical finishing, drying, and cooling.
Steam fixation is the key difference from a polyester line, which uses high-temperature dry fixation. The two processes are not interchangeable.

Heating System
The heat system can be electric, LPG/natural gas, or steam, following the Kinwah-style configuration.
