1.Selection of screen frame materials

In the selection of screen frame materials, we generally use LY12, LF2, and other high-class alloy aluminum square tube profiles. Specifications choose width 20mm, length 20mm, thickness up to 2mm or around. We can use special reinforced aluminum alloy materials if necessary. The four corners are processed with argon arc welding. In this case, the frame strength is high, stability is good, and precision is naturally high.

2. The selection of screen mesh

Currently, the most used are nylon screen mesh and polyester screen mesh. The heat resistance of nylon screen mesh is poor, and is prone to thermoplastic deformation when heated, making the tension uneven and affecting the quality of screen printing. The polyester screen mesh has better heat resistance and is dimensionally stable, and the graphics do not change significantly due to changes in temperature and humidity. To ensure the accuracy of screen printing graphics, it is best to use monofilament polyester screen mesh. At the same time, use the screen mesh with big hole numbers, finer yarn diameter, and smaller mesh holes. It is better to choose yellow or brownish yellow mesh, and the pattern will not be haloed.

3. The Mesh Stretch Device.
