Screen Mesh Stretch
When making a screen plate, the method of stretch includes three types: manual, mechanical, and pneumatic. If the screen printing factory does not require high accuracy, it can generally adopt the first two methods; if the requirement is higher, it can use the last type of pneumatic stretch machine. The pneumatic stretch machine is suitable for high accuracy screen-mesh making purpose. It has the advantages of uniform pulling force, convenient use, and it can meet different requirements of pulling screen tension, which is especially suitable for stretching the screen mesh of high-precision color registration printing.
