Fully Automatic CCD Laser Cutting Machine for Woven Labels & Badges
Camera contour cutting, automatic feeding, and deviation correction. 90W standard; 150W optional.
Still Feeding Woven Labels by Length and Checking the Machine Every 10–30 Minutes?
If you cut woven labels, badges, or embroidered patches, you probably know the problem. Woven labels can vary slightly in length. A machine that feeds by length can detect half a label, cut in the wrong place, or damage the material. The operator has to check the machine again and again. One person cannot watch many machines.
Does This Sound Like Your Cutting Line?
- Labels vary in length, so length-based feeding sometimes cuts half a label.
- The operator has to check the machine every 10–30 minutes.
- One person cannot monitor several machines at the same time.
- Special shapes and labels at different angles slow down production.
- Wrong cuts create waste and rework.
If this sounds familiar, the LXF-G1 CCD laser cutting machine is made for your line.
What If the Camera Could Find Every Label for You?
The LXF-G1 uses a CCD camera to recognize each label's position and contour. The software then guides the laser to cut along the label shape, even when the labels are at different angles or positions on the material.
It also corrects deviations automatically and feeds the material automatically. The operator does not need to position every label by hand or check the machine every few minutes.
What the LXF-G1 Cuts
- Woven labels
- Badges
- Embroidered patches
What Changes for Your Operator?
On the same large order, with no frequent artwork changes, one operator can manage more than ten machines. Once the machine is set up, it can run with almost no supervision. Checking once every one or two hours is enough.
Under the same large-order condition, the defect rate is less than 1%. When the material is in good condition, defects are basically eliminated.
The machine stops automatically if a problem occurs. It may also stop for small orders, joint passing, significant feeding deviation, or material that is skewed from improper pre-processing. The operator only needs to check those situations.

How CCD Contour Cutting Works
1. The camera captures the label on the material.
2. The software recognizes the label position and contour.
3. The laser cuts along the contour.
4. The machine feeds the material automatically.
5. Automatic deviation correction keeps the cut on track.
6. The machine stops automatically if a problem is detected.
Why CCD Automatic System Is Different from Length-Based Cutting
Traditional machines feed the material by length. When woven labels vary slightly in length, the machine can lose registration and cut the wrong position. The CCD system looks at the actual label, not only the feed length. That is why it handles shaped labels, badges, and embroidered patches more reliably.
Who Is This Machine For?
- Woven label factories
- Badge and embroidered patch producers
- Factories running large repeat orders
- Producers who want one operator to manage several machines
- Buyers who need shaped-label cutting instead of straight cutting
It is best suited to large, repeat orders with stable artwork. For frequent design changes, test the artwork and material before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What materials can the LXF-G1 cut?
A: Woven labels, badges, and embroidered patches.
Q: How does the CCD camera work?
A: It captures each label, recognizes its position and contour, and guides the laser to cut along the shape.
Q: What is the standard laser power?
A: 90W is the standard configuration for woven labels. 150W is optional.
Q: What is the cutting accuracy?
A: Cutting accuracy is ±0.05 mm, and repeating locating accuracy is ±0.03 mm. The finished-label production tolerance is ±0.2 mm.
Q: Can one operator really manage more than ten machines?
A: Yes, for the same large order with no frequent artwork changes. Once set up, the machine runs with almost no supervision and only needs a check every one or two hours.
Q: Is the defect rate really less than 1%?
A: Under the same large-order condition, the defect rate is less than 1%. The final result depends on material condition, artwork, and pre-processing. We do not guarantee the same rate for every job.
Q: What happens if the material is skewed or a joint passes?
A: The machine stops automatically. The operator checks the material and restarts the machine.
Q: Do you provide installation and training?
A: No on-site installation or training by default. We provide online remote support. For orders of 5–10 machines, on-site service can be arranged at an extra labor cost.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: 1 year.
Q: Can you send photos and video?
A: Yes. Send your material, label size, and order type; we will send the machine photos and running video.
Send your material, label size, artwork, and order type. We will confirm the LXF-G1 configuration, laser power, and cutting method, then quote the machine.
