This is a high-frequency embossing and debossing machine for textile tape. It runs four tape lines at once, and with the right mold it produces a raised (embossed) or recessed (debossed) logo, text, or pattern. It is a textile tape embossing and debossing machine in one frame. It does not use ink or foil, and it is not a screen printer.
What This Machine Does
This is a multi-strip embossing machine built for narrow textile tapes. It runs four tape lines in one cycle. The mold defines the pattern and the press area: embossing raises the surface, while debossing presses the pattern into the tape.
The same machine can produce both effects by changing the mold. That makes it suitable for ribbon, elastic tape, textile tape and leather tape producers who need a raised or recessed brand mark, text or geometric pattern in production.
Emboss or Deboss: The Mold Sets the Effect
Embossing raises the pattern above the tape surface. Debossing presses it into the tape. The difference is the mold, not ink or foil.

Four Tape Lines in One Cycle
The machine runs four tape lines at the same time. The maximum press area is 300 × 100 mm, and the heating plate is 350 × 250 mm. The actual layout for the four lines depends on your tape width and pattern, so the mold is confirmed from your sample and artwork.

How the High-Frequency Process Works
The machine uses a 27.12 MHz high-frequency field with 8 kW HF output and 12 kVA input power. Pressure is 6 kg/cm², applied by air or oil pressure. The heating plate is 350 × 250 mm; the maximum press area is 300 × 100 mm.
High-frequency heating and controlled pressure form the pattern in the mold. The final depth and sharpness depend on the mold, the tape material and the setup. We recommend a sample run before production.
