LXF-G2 Line-Scan CCD Laser Cutting Machine for Woven Labels
One label at a time is the bottleneck in a lot of woven-label laser lines. The machine scans one label, calculates the contour, cuts it, then starts again. On large repeat orders, the laser may be fast enough—but the scan-and-cut cycle is not.
LXF-G2 changes that cycle. It is a line-scan CCD laser cutting machine for woven labels, badges, and embroidered patches. The line-scan camera captures a full working zone in one pass; the software recognizes every label in that zone, and the laser then cuts them one by one. Under comparable conditions, throughput is up to about 2× the LXF-G1.
What Line-Scan Changes, Click Here to Watch its Video
- The camera captures the full 600 × 450 mm working zone in one pass.
- The software recognizes every label in the zone, not one label at a time.
- The laser cuts the recognized labels one by one along their contours.
- Automatic feeding moves the material forward.
- Automatic deviation correction keeps the cuts on track.
- The machine stops automatically if it detects an anomaly.
There is no segmented shooting and no manual outline tracing for each label.
Materials
LXF-G2 is used for:
- Woven labels
- Badges
- Embroidered patches
- Irregular label shapes and contours
It is a contour laser cutter. It is not a strip cutter, slitting machine or cut-and-fold machine. For strip cutting, use the LXF-15H. For cut-and-fold, use the CY800.
Accuracy
LXF-G2 keeps the same accuracy as the LXF-G1:
- Cutting accuracy: ±0.05 mm
- Repeat positioning accuracy: ±0.03 mm
- Finished-label tolerance: ±0.2 mm
The line-scan camera changes how the machine finds and organizes the labels. It does not change the cutting accuracy figures.
Laser and Work Area
- Laser type: CO2 glass tube
- Laser power: 90 W standard for woven labels; 150 W optional
- Working area: 600 × 450 mm
- Cooling: closed-loop water cooling
- Voltage: AC 220 V ±10%, 50 Hz
- File formats: AI, PLT, DXF, DST, BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF
- Machine dimensions: 2,300 × 960 × 1,300 mm
G1 vs G2
LXF-G1
- Scans and cuts one label at a time
- 600 mm/s cutting speed reference
- 600 × 450 mm working area
- 90 W standard; 150 W optional
- Same accuracy values
LXF-G2
- Line-scan captures the full zone, recognizes all labels, then cuts one by one
- Up to about 2× the LXF-G1 under comparable conditions
- 600 × 450 mm working area
- 90 W standard; 150 W optional
- Same accuracy values
The G2 does not publish a separate mm/s figure. Actual throughput depends on label size, spacing, material, and artwork.
Who It Is For
LXF-G2 is for woven label, badge, and embroidered patch producers who already run large repeat orders and want to remove the one-label-at-a-time scan bottleneck.
It is not the right machine for strip cutting, slitting, or cut-and-fold. It is also not a replacement for the LXF-G1 if your production is small or the one-by-one workflow is enough.
Warranty, Service and Installation
The machine comes with a 1-year warranty and CE certification. Online technical support is included.
On-site installation is not included by default. It is available for 5–10 machine orders at an extra labor cost. Sample testing, photos, and video are available on request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is a line-scan CCD laser cutting machine?
A: A line-scan camera captures the full working zone in one pass. The software recognizes every label in the zone, and the laser cuts them one by one.
Q: How is LXF-G2 different from LXF-G1?
A: The G1 scans and cuts one label at a time. The G2 scans the full zone, recognizes all labels, then cuts them sequentially.
Q: How much faster is LXF-G2?
A: Up to about 2× the LXF-G1 under comparable conditions. There is no separate mm/s figure published for the G2.
Q: What is the working area?
A: 600 × 450 mm.
Q: What laser power does it use?
A: 90 W standard for woven labels, with 150 W optional.
Q: What materials can it cut?
A: Woven labels, badges, embroidered patches, and irregular contour shapes.
Q: Can it cut strips or slit narrow fabrics?
A: No. Use the LXF-15H slitting machine for strip cutting.
Q: Can it cut and fold labels?
A: No. Use the CY800 ultrasonic cut-and-fold machine.
Q: What is the cutting accuracy?
A: Cutting accuracy ±0.05 mm, repeat positioning ±0.03 mm, finished-label tolerance ±0.2 mm.
Q: What voltage and cooling does it use?
A: AC 220 V ±10%, 50 Hz, with closed-loop water cooling.
Q: What file formats are supported?
A: AI, PLT, DXF, DST, BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and TIF.
Q: Is installation included?
A: On-site installation is not included by default. It is available for 5–10 machine orders at an extra labor cost. Online support is included.
